Bags at the door on your day
One bag per station, room or type if you like; we keep them separate. Our driver collects on the pickup day we set together.

Washed to your spec
Hot wash for towels and sheets, fragrance-free where skin touches it, no softener on microfibre, colours kept apart. Tell us once and it sticks.

Back folded, stacked and labelled
Returned on the agreed day, folded the way your team stores it and labelled by bag, so restocking is a two-minute job.

Anywhere towels pile up faster than they dry.

Neck towels, hot towels and capes. Back soft, unscented, and folded so a stack fits the shelf by the chair.

Towels that meet bleach and colour, robes, headbands and treatment sheets. We keep the dye out of the whites.

Temperature, detergent, softener or none, fragrance or none. Set once per account; every pickup follows it.
Priced per piece or per pound
Whichever suits what you send. Agreed up front in the quote, and it stays that way until you change your volume.

Pickup and return days are set with you when we quote, and moved by telling us. Nothing is locked in.
